Refine Your Coaching

The Masterclass with Five Simple Strategies to Improve Your Coaching

Friday, April 26th, at 12pm ET

Think back to the last time you were scrolling your socials…

Bet you saw some ads for that shiny new thing that will make everything better, right? Something that had that “too-good-to-be-true” feel?

I know you’ve seen this. Lots of razzle-dazzle that draws you right in with the “guaranteed answer” to all your woes? I’ve seen it too. But, just like the infomercials of the 90s, you can usually feel in your gut when something is off, right? Like it just doesn’t add up? It happens in every industry, including coaching. Great marketing, with mediocre delivery.

Here’s the thing - I want you out there showing off your razzle-dazzle with as many beautiful videos as promises as you can. WITH THE SKILLS to back it up.

There’s not one perfect answer to being a great coach:

There’s not one “right” way for every client, one belief, or one style that will magically transform your clients.

Which is why I have created this masterclass.  Just for you. Specifically to help you fulfill your commitment to your clients and have way more fun doing it.

Five simple strategies you can use to refine your coaching…. Regardless of the coaching style you’re refining.

Because coaching the humans isn’t just a formulaic approach.

It takes knowing how to show up with some skills, from a clean space, ready to explore.

I’m not saying this will be THE magic answer.

What I AM saying is this: I’ve gone forward and backward and all around the corners in the coaching world. And I’ve found that whenever a darn good coach feels less than darn good… it’s usually something pretty simple that can turn it all around.

SO let’s get to it, shall we?

Unstick Your Shoe

So you found yourself sitting across from your client.

You’ve got your best lighting on, your space is picture-perfect clear. You’re ready.

You’re gonna DO IT.

You listen. You coach. Maybe teach a little…

But it didn’t feel perfect.

You leave the meeting feeling a little uncertain.
And you take that feeling with you.
Kinda like you stepped in gum.

Chewed up, sticky gum.

It’s like you can still walk, but every step you take you can feel that leftover sticky feeling that you can’t stop noticing even when you try sooooo hard.

You’re just really, really hoping that your client didn’t step in that gum too.

First off: I can almost guarantee they didn’t step in it, let alone even notice it was there in the first place.

And secondly? I have a few tricks that will be like that butterknife you need to scrape off the stickiness. Not just right now, but when it happens again.
(And it will happen again – that’s just part of the gig)

I’ve got five simple strategies you can use to apply to whatever is making you feel like you’re not coaching as well as you could be. So you can reach your clients a little easier, guide them a little stronger, and watch them walk right out the door, confident that you’ll be cheering them right to the results they hired you for.

This isn’t the “one size fits all” magic solution that guarantees flawlessness moving forward. But it is a one stop shop to find the simplest tricks that are guaranteed to scrape off whatever is sticking to the bottom of your shoe

Hi! I’m Lindsay

meet your coach

I am a master certified coach, with certifications through the Institute for Equity-Centered Coaching and The Life Coach School.

Join me as I let you in on what I’ve learned after helping hundreds (thousands? I’ve lost count) of coaches be the best at what they do.

Five Simple Steps Make One Big Difference

This masterclass is designed for coaches to snag five of my easiest-peasiest strategies to step up their clients’ coaching experiences. Every. Single. Time.

Confidence

You know that feeling when someone walks into the room and time stops still? We’re talking Jessica Rabbit level confidence, but maybe with fewer sequins. And less leg showing.

My point is: You know when that person is there. You feel their energy. And you don’t even have to guess if they’re going to do something earth-shattering right in front of you, because that’s just who they are.

This masterclass will open up the door to that room wide open… so that you can walk in just as confident with your clients and help them make the changes they’ve been after.

Red sequined dress is optional.

Connection

I don’t know where the rumor started that coaching has to be sooooo serious all the time.

We chose to go in a field run by people for people

It’s a human job, and should always have the human experience in mind.

It’s all about connection.

This masterclass will give you tips to say so-long to “tactics” that keep your relationship with clients feeling sterile, and hello to real, human connections you can build on.

Authenticity

The number one concern most coaches have?

“I’m not sure if I’m doing this right.”

First off, breathe. I promise that if your heart’s in it, then you’re not doing it completely wrong. But everyone has to start somewhere.

My job is to get you feeling more “right” by being more you.

And the tips inside this masterclass will take you one step further to understanding how to show up more authentically.

So your number one concern becomes something completely different.

Like, how you can’t wait to catch up and see what your client is up to.

Will this masterclass ricochet your coaching into a seven figure business complete with a thousand new clients and enough bling to blind each and every one of them? That’s not a promise I’m willing to make. But what I can say is this: It’s the only masterclass available that can get you feeling more like yourself as a coach… with tips you can implement immediately.

I wanted to learn how to coach beyond strategy- I wanted to learn the art of coaching someone who was unable to make progress.”

Meredyth El-Amine, Nutrition Coach

“Lindsay has really helped me to lean into my own unique talents and gifts. I am able to recognize the value I create by being the exact Coach my clients need.”

Mary Howard, Life and Mindset Coach

The Real Magic Wand of Coaching

I’ve seen a lot of promises out there. Perfect magic solutions on silver platters. “Guaranteed to work”.

Coaching that’s all positive vibes with rainbows and butterflies and all things sparkly.

But you and I? We’re smarter than that.

Magic wands don’t exist and neither do instantaneous solutions.

But there is magic in this world, and accessing it is key to making your coaching techniques a level up from where they are now.

No, it’s not some kind of golden egg or giant beanstalk beans.

Nor is it a purchased program that says it has “all the information you could possibly need inside.”

Because the real magic in this world? The real razzle-dazzle that’s going to boost the way you coach your clients?

Well, it’s you, friend.
And your willingness to get to work figuring out how your clients get their best results.

That’s a promise I’m willing to make.

All you need is a few simple strategies that will whisk you away from the path of uncertainty to a simple moment of clarity.

So you can show up for your clients, better. By showing up for yourself better, too.

I realized how valuable it is when you show up as yourself and bring your individual experience, view, or process. That’s where the magic is! It helped me own who I am as a coach and business owner. Now I love both! Is there anything better than loving who you are as a coach and a business owner? Nope!! Thank you, Lindsay

Heather Edwards, General Life & Business Coach

I was struggling with helping my clients get results in our coaching container when I didn’t feel like the problem was ‘Big’ enough.  I was able to use my gifts and training to coach them successfully without thinking I couldn’t help them. I am a more confident coach who shows up for coaching calls knowing I can handle anything my client brings to the call.

Travia Steward, Life Coach

Just Give Me Five

I’m one of those people who believes in simplicity.

I like eggshell-colored walls with single-colored picture frames. I like clothing that feels comfortable, and preferably kinda cute. I’d rather have chicken for dinner than an 8 course meal that takes me all day sweating over a stove to make.

Because simple things carry a HUGE impact.

And anything that overcomplicates things just muddles it all down into a paste you can’t even decipher. (Trust me, that’s what Lindsay all day over a stove makes. Indiscernible paste.)

So when it comes to you, and when it comes to your clients, the idea of overcomplicating things makes me feel a little like having the TV tuned into a channel full of nothing but static.

I believe in making things simple. Easy. Tangible. Because that’s how you create clear-cut paths to the goals.

“But Lindsay, with a job that feels so humanly complicated, how do you make it easy?”

To that I say: Give me five.

That’s it.

All I need is a few minutes to let you in on five of my “secrets” to making your coaching better. (And by better, I mean easier. Clearer. More tangible.)

So if you’re willing to sit in and hear me out, I can promise you one thing: You will absolutely walk away feeling more confident in your coaching abilities for the future.

Give me the chance to give you five.

With this free masterclass, you have absolutely nothing to lose. But every possibility you could gain.
